How can I purchase from Vickers Southeast Distributing?

Joining the network of Vickers Southeast dealers is very simple. You may go to the home page and open the become a dealer link. After completing the forms required, simply fax them back to 770-794-1054.  Georgia dealers are required to fax a copy of their sales tax ID as well. We will e-mail you back a username and password as soon as that information is received.

Is pricing available online?

Once you receive your username and password, simply log-in on the home page. That will give you access to pricing from all of our manufacturers as well as any current specials.

How can I pay for my orders?

To be granted a log-in and password, you must have completed a dealer application and faxed it back to us at 770-794-1054.  When purchasing from our site, you will have a special comment box to input payment terms if different from your typical terms or select which credit card you would like to use.  If different from the cards on file, we will need a new credit card authorization faxed to us. We will also accept COD cash or certified check if order is able to be shipped via Federal Express. All new accounts are on a credit card or COD basis. Once a history has been established with Vickers Southeast, credit or company check terms may be granted on a case by case basis. At that time you will receive a complete credit application from Vickers Southeast.

What is the freight policy with Vickers Southeast?

Vickers Southeast offers prepaid freight for orders placed over $1500.00 on electronics, speakers, and accessories. Freight policies on items such as TV’s and special order items will be billed at the full amount of the freight charge. Note: If any damages occur during shipping, please notify your delivery carrier at once to begin the claim process. All packaging is needed for damage claims, and Vickers Southeast will not be held responsible for damages during shipping.

How long is shipping from Vickers Southeast?

Most of our products are shipped via UPS, with the exception being COD Cash which ships via Federal Express. We are centrally located in Atlanta, so all of Georgia and most of the Alabama, South Carolina and Tennessee dealers receive their packages next day. North Carolina and Mississippi are typically 2 day shipping, and next-day air and Saturday delivery is available at additional costs. Freight shipments are typically 1-2 days as well and Southeastern Freight Lines is our carrier of choice unless another is specified. Customers may pick-up from our warehouse between 8:00 and 5:00 Monday through Friday.

What is the return policy with Vickers Southeast?

You can download an RA Request form here. Complete the form, fax it to 770-794-1054, and you will be e-mailed the RA# within 24 hours. Write the RA# on the outside of the box, as returns without an RA# will be refused. If the returned item(s) are in stock they will be replaced or credited to your account at our discretion. If not in stock, we will contact the dealer to see if credit or service is the better choice. If item is replaced, it will be returned to you prepaid. If credit is given, that credit will be applied towards your account and will be deducted from your next purchase. Vickers Southeast does not apply credits for merchandise back to credit cards.  Any items returned to Vickers Southeast that are deemed not defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Any items deemed by the manufacturer to be out of warranty will be charged back to the customer’s account. 

How does Vickers Southeast handle discontinued items?

We will gladly provide you with the information required to return the product directly to the manufacturer.

What is the Vickers Southeast’s stance on internet sales?

Products sold through Vickers Southeast are not to be sold online unless authorized by the factory. Period. We maintain this strict policy to protect our valued dealers from pricing and warranty issues. Dealers found to be selling online without authorization will be prohibited from buying From Vickers Southeast in the future.
